Frequently asked questions about AtremoPlus® – Shipping
To which countries do you ship the product?
We currently ship our product to almost all countries. Except: Brazil, Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Greece, Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia and other Africa countries (except South Africa). If you are in one of the countries on this list, please contact us.
Shipments are made from Europe.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are:
- Free in the European Union
- USA-Canada 17 €
- Rest of the World 24 €
Please ask for our monthly subscription formula in order to receive your products on a regular basis. Holders of the monthly subscription formula have priority on the stocks. Please note that subscription formula is very common and easy to handle for Europe, USA, Canada.
For some other countries, it is more difficult to handle, due to the variable shipping delays.
What about occasional customs fees?
When ordering from a country different than the Netherlands, you are the importer of the product. Customs duties, other local taxes or State import duties may occur and have to be paid. These taxes are not within the responsibility of Viaphyt BV. They have to be fully paid by the customer and under his full responsibility.
How long it takes to receive the product?
For Europe, USA and Canada, shipping is very easy and takes between 3 to 15 working days.
For the rest of the world, it takes between 10 to 30 working days.
Orders placed on weekdays before 10:00 am (European time) will be treated in the same day (only on weekdays). Packages are usually shipped within 48 hours (working days) after receipt of your payment. We will send you as soon as possible an email that will allow you to track online the delivery of your package.
I have not received the product, what can I do?
Please wait for the maximum delay indicated above. This means 48 hours of process your order plus the days of established shipping according to your destination. After this period of time please contact us to solve your problem.
I have written the wrong address, what can I do?
Please remember to verify your address before sending check out. If you don’t do this, it can cause the loss or the return of the product and/or generating extra expenses which will be entirely your responsibility.
I would like to try the product, is it possible to have a discount code?
Yes, thank you for your interest in discovering our product. Please ask your discount with the button on the “buy AtremoPlus page”. You will receive your coupon code per e-mail. Please check your spam. Once you have the coupon code, please put it inside the coupon code field on the cart page and “apply the coupon code” and get immediately 20 Euros discount on your first purchase!
You have to select previously your product, to be able to enter the discount code. This offer is limited.
I have not found an answer to my questions what can I do?
We invite you to contact us through our contact form or our online chat (subject to availability) and our agents will be happy to answer your questions as soon as possible.
